What is the menopause?
The menopause is when you no longer get periods due to lower hormone levels. This can happen at any age but it normally occurs between the ages of 45 and 55. It can include some very uncomfortable symptoms such as hot flushes, vaginal dryness, night sweats and of course weight gain. These symptoms can cause you to become unhappy with yourself and our goal is to get you feeling like yourself again.
